Refunds

1. We appreciate your decision to choose LoonieBit at www.looniebit.com, operated by Clearcrest Inc. UAB with its registered address at Lviv st. 21A, LT-09313, Vilnius, Lithuania with registered number 306094970.
2. Please note that all cryptocurrency transactions, including exchanges, sales, and purchases through the LoonieBit platform, are final and non-refundable.
3. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Cancellation

1. You may cancel an order initiated via the transaction order form only if the cancellation occurs before LoonieBit processes the exchange. Once your order has been processed, you cannot change or cancel the transaction.
2. If an order is partially filled, you may cancel the remaining unfilled portion.
3. In cases where a transaction cannot be completed due to insufficient funds, LoonieBit reserves the right to cancel the entire order or complete the transaction with the available funds.
