Refund Policy

1. Refunds

1.1 No Refunds1.1.1. All order execution operations, including sales and purchases of Crypto-assets via the Website, are final and non-refundable.1.1.2. Looniebit does not accept returns and will not provide refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Terms of Use. Transactions involving Crypto-assets are conducted on a public blockchain and are therefore irreversible.1.1.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details, including wallet addresses. Looniebit shall not be liable for any loss due to user error or incorrect transaction data.

2. Order Cancellations (Buying/Selling)

2.1 Cancellation of Orders2.1.1. You may cancel an order placed through the transaction order form only if the cancellation request is received before Looniebit begins execution of the order.Refunds shall be made to the same source from which they originated after deducting any cost or expense we incur with regard to such transfer, including any wire transfer charges, currency exchange charges and/or payment processing charges. At Company's sole discretion, your funds may be returned to another source to which you are the beneficiary as long as you provide us with the required documents and information to verify the profile to which the funds were requested to be refunded belongs to you.2.1.2. Once Looniebit has executed your order, you may not amend or cancel your authorization to complete the transaction.2.1.3. Looniebit shall not be held liable for delays or failed order execution caused by network congestion, third-party provider issues, force majeure events, or unforeseen technical failures beyond its control.2.1.4. Looniebit reserves the right to withhold, cancel, delay or refuse to execute any order if required to comply with AML, KYC, or other regulatory obligations.
